   This Privacy Policy sets out the data processing practices carried out through the use of the Internet and any other communications by Danielle     Goodman.

         Your personal data may be used:

         ·   When liaising with any service outlined in the consent form, to obtain or share information in order to provide you with a better service.

         ·   For invoices purposes

 

   2.   How long will you keep my personal data?

         My professional indemnity insurance advises I keep all data (particularly that of children) for a minimum term of 20 years. It may be needed           for legal reasons, as a reference for disagreements or to prove my input with you.

         I will share your personal data only with those individuals you have agreed to in the consent form, as well as the person that referred you to           my service (if this was not      you).

   4.   What data do you hold about me?

          I collect information in 2 ways:

         ·   Directly from you, in person, by email or telephone

         ·   From other professionals / services working with you

    5.   What rights do I have?

         ·   To be informed about how I use your personal data (the purpose of this Privacy Notice);

         ·   To ask me to delete your personal data. However, there may be circumstances where I am legally entitled to retain it;

         ·   To get a free copy of your personal data. A subset of your data (limited to data that you have provided to me) is available in a machine-                     readable format if required;

          ·  To object to the processing of your data and have it restricted. (There may be circumstances where you ask me to restrict the processing                 of  your information, but I am legally entitled to refuse that request)

          ·  The right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner (www.ico.org.uk) if you think that any of your rights have been infringed                 by me.

          I am committed to keeping your data secure and use a variety of security technologies as well as an audit tool to help protect your data                  from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
